chrisasst Posted September 29, 2007 Share Posted September 29, 2007 if you are using non mercury type thermometers, remember you may need to calibrate them. The one I use has a nut that turns the dial..to calibrate: put ice in a cup then fill with water until water reaches top of ice..put thermometer in cup and leave for 30 seconds...the temp should be 32 degrees..
