Best soap colorants???

I need to start stocking up on soap dyes, and micas for cp. I havent really done to much coloring. Ive tried to keep them theyre natural color, but seeing all the colorful and beautiful soap everyone makes I NEED COLORS LOL the most Ive tried is some coloring from OT.

I use Select Shades. When I mix them I add a little glycerine. Makes the color smoother. I love mine.

I have the ones from The Chemistry Store and you can mix lots of different colors with them. I have only used them in CP soap far, but they work great. Will be trying them in lotions and washes this weekend.

I love oxides. I mix them in a dab of glycerin before adding to my soap batter, or use pre-mixed glyerin/oxide solution. You can get lots of warm, rich colors with them.

Liquid FD&C colors are nice too. Easier to use since there's no powder to get dissolved, and you get clear colors rather than the muted colors with oxides.

Herbs and clays can add a nice touch of color too. But the skin on my body is dry and clays tend to exacerbate that, so I seldom use them. Mica is nice but an expensive route to go, and sometimes you need a LOT to get the color you want. Plus, some of them morph. Not fun to add a reddish mica, hoping for red or pink, and get ORANGE surprise soap. LOL

Also try a few samples of MMS's powdered colors. A teensy bit goes a LONG way, and you can get some pretty vivid results.
