so-soy
I can only imagine how many cases of wax you must have went through just trying to test a candle that size. How did you test it for proper burning? I mean how many did you make before you got the right wicking???? Holy bananas that thing is huge! littlebrownbug
It's already been said but it deserves another....Wow! That is huge! You did well just to get it out of the mold. I really like the way it looks though....it has a beauty all its own. Good job Mr.Chips!Mike

Wendy Shoofitz
Really, tried to single wick that thing? Surely you jest. I hope you charged them several hundred dollars since you would have had to test at least once first.

Laura
a 6x6 alone needs 3 wicks to get a proper burn, i can't imagine only 8 for something so long and wide. was it a pillar soy? i might have missed it if you said already, but if it was regular soy, i see a giant puddle.the idea is great, but definitely see ading more wicks. tamsoycandles
7.5" wide and you have a row of wicks down the center? There's no way that will burn properly. And 44 pounds? What was the point? It has to be a "guy" thing. I can relate.
