I have not gotten any shipment confirmation or anything.. I emailed her 2 days ago asking if my order have been shipped and have not heard anything back..what should I do here...I know other people on here have order from this place so maybe you can help me out..is there a phone number I can call?thanks if you can help or have suggestions. cybersix Posted September 13, 2007 Share Posted September 13, 2007 Don't know what to tell, I ordered from them a couple of times and Susan was very kind, always answered to my emails.I know she prepares paper and cut by herself and usually it takes a bit of time to have your order ready.. I hope she'll get back to you soon!ETA: I hope we were talking about airfresheners.. if not, just consider this message a blonde moment!!!! I've ordered several times from her and have no complaints.
