snow
What is it? I ordered 10 samples and was just wondering what you all think of their FO's. I never tried them yet! Is this another one to get hooked on? Xmas buttered rum sounded great and how about fig dolice? I got em coming, rainy nights & satin sheets and dogwood, honey graham cracker, any opinions? Thanks much! Dee
classylady71118
I use several of their f/o's, Rainy Nights, Starla, Satin Sheets, Maduro, Indonesian Teak, Gardenia Petals, ALL very strong hot & cold throwers! HTH,Beverly
bugtussle
Whose FOs are you talking about, LS of GL? I don't understand the question. Who did you order samples from? I love Lone Star. Carole
ForHisGlory
Thank you for this thread. I am also anxious to hear the reviews for both.
snow
Dummy me! I don't know why or how, but for some reason I orderred 70/30 perfect blend which is green leaf, but I thought it came from Lone star. Don't know what I did. So my sample came from Green Leaf. They smell great oob, will test some in the next few days. Hope the wax is good, anyone use it? Sorry for the brain fart!

ForHisGlory
Sorry, my reviews are from Green Leaf.....Thanks for the clarification. Have you used them a long time and how do you like Satin Sheets?
Ry Creek Candles
All my supplies come from GL; wax, FO, wicks, and most of my jars. David & Brenda are so great to work with. And one of them is always there to answer any queations. I was never so happy as when I found them, and it didn't hurt that they are right around the corner from DH's office. silkysoycreations
I ditto Ry's comments...customer service is awesome. I use a few of their oils and they've thrown very well. I mainly buy my wax (70/30) from them and so far best wax I've found and highly recommend!
snow
I just poured wildberry mousse in the 70/30....first time user. I used my reg. zinc wick and I will test burn it tonight at work. I also poured rainy nights in my J50, smells great. Haven't tried the satin sheets yet. I want to try some more FO in the 70/30 but want to test first. I like J50 and so do my customers, but I hate how it looks, gigantic wet spots that won't go away. I'm hoping not to have those with the 70/30. But if my customers don't like this wax, I'll suffer thru the wet spots and stick with J50. I had to heat gun the top of the 70/30, but I think I read on GL site that might be something you have to do, which I can live with. Any more comments? You guys are so helpful! Thanks much, Dee
lsbennis
I use mostly 70/30 which I found to be a great alternative to 100% soy...solved a lot of headaches for me...but like most waxes you will have to find what scents throw best but I have found that most of Brendas oils work great in the 70/30...hth
silkysoycreations
Snow, if you pour hot, heat your containers, group and cover to cool then you shouldn't have wet spots or bad tops either. I only add fo to mine (no dye) and no other additives. I like mine to cure at least 3 days...longer the better though. Good luck!
