Brat Posted August 28, 2007 Share Posted August 28, 2007 Hi there, made some whipped shea last nite, and it's real greasy. Is there anything I can use to cut the grease a little? ladydragon Posted August 29, 2007 Share Posted August 29, 2007 If I'm making it for myself then I use one teaspoon of corn flour (UK cornstarch equivalent?!) per 600g of product...Works a treat...Can't use it in ones I sell though as it's not included in my safety assessment - just make a slightly harder version then and tell the customers a little goes a long way and it will sink in after a few minutes...
