Kymber
I was looking at the Kelsei Mini Mold (9 bar) to do test batches and also need one with dividers like that for an idea of mine. My question is.....can you pour (or spoon) the soap into the mold with the dividers already in place? Having never used or seen a Kelsei I am not sure if this will work for what I want it to. If I can pour with the dividers in place I think it will be perfect but thought I would ask the ones that already own a kelsei. TIA!
Meridith
You could do that but I would think it would be a PITA. Some soap might seep from under one compartment to the other though.
singleyellowrose
You can. However, when i test FOs, I usually make enough for 3 bars. I use masking tape to tape off that section. Works good as long as you don't pour at thin trace.
jzastoupil
Yes...Ive done it and had a little bit of leakage under the dividers, but if you use singleyellowrose's suggestion of taking, it probably wouldnt leak at all
