macyboutique
For those of you who have a foot line, do you have just one scent or a variety of scents? Right now I do spearmint and peppermint, but I want to extend it to other scents as well. What would be some good selling foot scents? Thanks
macyboutique
I guess just about any scent will be okay.
RobinInOR
I just do peppermint. I want it to stand out with my other products and for me, adding in extra scents would just muddy the waters. I've got a gel, a fizzy, and a lotion. Not sure what other scents would feel refreshing - maybe a lemony or eucalyptus something?
Prettyinpink
I think you should stick to sents with a peppermint base, maybe you could do peppermint mixed with compatible scents but i wouldn't put candy or fruity scents for a foot line. and again it is a personal prefrence
jzastoupil
As a long time nail tech, can I say that EVERYTHING foot related is menthol and/or mint....and its really boring! One on my favorite foot creams is cucumber...and a product line we used for awhile that clients just went gaga for was lemongrass. I am so sick of minty feet...and Im sure a lot of other people are too! Ask around....find out what people in your area would like in scents and go from there. Even if you offer the classic minty one, I would offer at least one other type because not everyone likes minty and/or tingly feet!

elegantnaturals
If you want to use just eo, then go ahead and use lemongrass/peppermint mixture. This is a great hit with those who like balms for dry skin.If you are going to use fo, then try for something clean like a water scent, spa style scent, or cucumber type scent.HTH
Jadryga
Hmmm... how about good ol' lavender eo? Maybe even some nice ginger eo for a warming foot rub Sweet orange and ginger! Mmm.

DosGardenias23
I use a pink sugar/peppermint FO combination in lotion that I've thought would be awesome in a foot care line, especially for a sugar scrub and foot cream...Sarah
CBE
I do mine in Pina Colada. I find mint is just too "boring". The scent gets them geared up and ready for summer.... but it's also awesome in winter... when you're tired of cold days... and THINKING about summer. LOL
maryann
I do boring peppermint - I chose this scent because I like to add menthol crystals to my foot products for that refreshing tingling feeling. I'm too lazy to test what scents go well w/ peppermint.Mary why don't you ask your customers if they prefer differ scents besides peppermint? The cucumber sounds nice too. eva
I do peppermint /menthol for a cooling effect and ginger/mustard for warming. I think lemongrass (or anything citrus) would be nice also.Best,Eva
