Lisa
After a few burns, does it mean i need to wick up? Thanks
Terrie
I'd give it 3-4 burns. If it doesn't catch up by then, I'd try wicking up one size. Better for it to take a couple of burns to catch up then to be smokey and hot, KWIM?
SatinDucky
As is often said, sometimes it will catch up as it gets towards the bottom and the jar is heated up. Depending on how small the amount is, if the wick isn't drowning, keep burning it. You never know and it wont hurt to finish it off
Lisa
The wick is fine but there is alot of wax on the sides, it is a pumpkin jar with ez soy and a cd10 wick i believe. I would have to look at my note to be forsure.
Fern
If you still have wax on the sides of your container after burning it for 4 hours then your wick is too small. What is the diameter of your container? I just realized your using soy wax. You can't always follow the size suggestions from the supplier when it comes to soy because you always have to wick up a size or two from what they suggest. It's just how soy is...a PITA...that's why I stopped using it.
