alhughes Posted July 1, 2007 Posted July 1, 2007 does anyone know how to get water out of wax. i was making a balloon candle and the balloon broke in the water. i drained the wax and after it hardened most of the water seperated from the wax so i remelted it but i still have little bubbles in it how do i get it out i can't make any balloon candles cause they have little bubble holes all through them. if anyone can help i would greatly appreciate it.thanks, audrey Quote
Di_in_AZ Posted July 1, 2007 Posted July 1, 2007 The water will always be at the bottom. Just melt, let the water settle to the bottom and carefully pour the wax off the top. You will lose a little of the wax at the bottom that is around the water, but you should not lose too much. Quote
