SheilaW Posted October 7, 2005 Share Posted October 7, 2005 If I put the proper labels with all the needed info and added "free gift not for sale" if it would be legal to include them in the candle baskets I sell? I do share my soaps, lotions, etc. with family and friends but when they ask me if they can buy some I have to go through the whole spiel about cost of license, separate building etc. and that it's not legal for me to sell them anything but my candle type products. I have read and read and can't find anything that covers the legality of making the B&B free gifts. I really can't afford a lawyer so Does anyone out there know???
