evesorto
HiCould some of the experienced members please set forth a "checklist" of things one must have in place to start of a candle or bath and body business (ie accountant, insurance, etc.) If the necessary tasks could even be put in order they must be done/accomplished, that would be even better. If approximate costs could be included, that would be even better. Hope that's not asking too much. tiaEve
doris
I'd think that's something you'd pretty well have to figure out yourself. A lot of it depends on where you live, as a lot of regulations etc vary from state to state, and even from town to town.
HeavenScentU
Was this for a home-based business or a brick & morter business?

RobinInOR
The best resource out there is the Small Business Association site - they've got checklists for starting new businesses that will give you a starting point. http://sba.gov/A candle/B&B business is no different in the basics than any other type of business.
