suzanneg
that with the coreless wicks, when you blow out the candle, you don't get that yucky sooty burnt smell???? and you get the fragrance smell coming up instead? I love it!!!!!!!!!!!! .............just wondering if anyone has noticed it?:rolleyes2 SuzanneG
Pam W
Some wicks do stink more than others when blown out but you can avoid that smell by tipping the wick over in the MP to extinguish instead of blowing it out...just don't forget to straighten it back up. Kelly
My CD's are very smokey when blown out. It completely ruins any scenting that the candle has done, and for me blowing out candles is such a habit that I often forget to dip them in the wax. Violetsexoticcandles
CD wicks are coreless. Don't know if the original poster was talking about them or not... They work fine for me, but yes, they shroom sometimes and definitely need to be snuffed and trimmed.Overall, I've been a happy camper with them.
