cherokeemaiden Posted May 15, 2007 Share Posted May 15, 2007 I just changed waxes for my votives. I'm now using a 50/50 blend and zinc wicks, small for votives. The wick is burning straight down the center of the candle, about 1/3 of an inch down then the flame burns out. I've tested several different FO's and they all do it. Is the wax to soft, do I need to add something to harden it? Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated.Thanks! Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

cherokeemaiden Posted May 15, 2007 Author Share Posted May 15, 2007 They are about 2 1/2 oz. Top is 1 3/4" wide, bottom 1 1/2" and they are 2" tall.
