4 oz. BODY BUTTER JARS?

I sure hope someone can help me? I'm having a heck of a time getting my body butter into my 4oz Oval Jars!! I've gotten it all over the outside and I have pockets where there isn't any butter! What am I doing wrong?? How is everyone filling their jars?:embarasse :embarasse

Nothing special here. Just transfer slowly and carefully.

I use a small spatula to transfer my body butter from the mixing bowl to the containers. It gets easier as you do it a couple of times .. the first time was very frustrating for me too.

I use the spoon to guide it in. Sort of the same action as transferring your muffin dough into your muffin pan.

I very carefully spoon it in and then gently bang the jar on the table to make the air bubbles rise.

I transfer my body butter into a freezer bag, cut off a corner, and then just pipe it in and tapping the jar down to get the air pockets out, and then smooth the top with a spoon.
