burnin on wax
:highfive: Happy Easter! I have a simple question. I poured ecosoy container blend; 1 at 138F. and one at 142F. The hotter one looked a little better though. They both tended to 'pull away' from the bottom area of the glass. Why is this??? I do this in my garage and live in the mountains of NC; could the temp. be a factor? Help please:-)
katinka
Read up a bit on wetspots - there are lots of threads on them. I am not familiar with your wax but make sure you follow manufacturers instructions on pouring temps, because too high pouring temps could be the cause. Also heat your containers before pouring and allow them to cool very slowly, either by putting them in a oven that has been turned off and is still cooling or by putting a cardboard box over them.HTH, Katinka
