andrealh1975
I just saw this on Ebay...What's interesting is the "extra" candle that's in the lid. Ok, correct me if I'm wrong, BUT, if they lit the candle in the lid, wouldn't it melt the plastic ring? http://cgi.ebay.com/16oz-Soy-Candle-Apple-Cinnamon-Fragrance-Free-Candle_W0QQitemZ4407758783QQcategoryZ46777QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
MommaD
I poured in the lid also, with my candles, and no, it doesn't burn the plastic ring. That is a valid concern though.ETA: That, yes, it probably could happen, if people burned incorrectly, I've just never had it happen, and have never seen it happen. Terrie
I've seen that a lot. I won't do it, though. The plastic makes me nervous. :lipsrseal But then again, I'm paranoid about safety. LOL
Michi
I've seen it before and thought it a very cool/clever idea, but I would think if *I* did that, Iwould put a warning/instruction to remove the plastic ring before burning the lid. They are easy enough to pull off.
