ebarnes
Does this have to cure like CP soap? I noticed that my MP soap is shiny and wet looking but after a few days it looks normal?
mbrown
No it does not have to cure at all. You can use it right out of the mold

Candybee
FOs can change the color of your M&P soaps. But not all of them do. You just have to experiment and test each FO.I don't know what's causing the 'weeping' or 'shiny' look. Could be you are adding too much Fo. You don't need more than 2-3 tsp per pound. Sorry, I don't remember offhand how many grams that is.
