Juggy
Hi there,I am officially driving myself nuts trying to choose which jars to use. I have accumulated too many while testing and just cannot decide. I have attached (hopefully) pic of jars. I plan on having them in a shop at some point and really can't go with 1 particular look because the market here is a total mix from upscale, contemporary, country, beach, etc. I would greatly appreciate opinions! candlecrazyinwv
I wouldnt be able to decide either although the only one I dont like is the one with the white lid. I offer so many jars that its costing me a fortune. But so many people like so many different looks. Good luck! Im sure you will make the right decision! Crystal;)
Juggy
Thanks for the reply Crystal. It's really hard to test so many jars isn't it?
candlecrazyinwv
OMG yes it is. And every time I reorder something I find a new jar I want to sell...the hardest part has been figuring out what waxes or wax mixtures to use to have the least amount of wet spots! Every single jar type is different LOL!
grama
I have a hard time with jars also. The jelly jar, or I call it the crystal jelly jar, is very pretty but you need to get the gold lids. That gives it a more upscale look.
Lightning Bug
Hi. I like the round pink, the purple next to it and the quilted jelly. I also am not wild about the white lid, but it might depend on the color of the candle and they have lots of choices in lids for them. Everyone has different tastes, so pick what you like to pour and wick. Good luck! Beth
Aspencreek
Ok, I like the last two on the right. Choose what you like the best, you know with a great poured candle people don't always care about the jar.
Jane42
For what it's worth, I like the second one in on the right - I think it is a blue candle.

I plan on having them in a shop at some point and really can't go with 1 particular look because the market here is a total mix from upscale, contemporary, country, beach, etc. I would greatly appreciate opinions!I am using the third jar from the left - the one standing on the round jar with pink wax.I use the silver lids, brown oval kraft paper and black lettering.I am going to have them displayed on a black bookcase shelf with a silver and brown wooden frame of my company name and logo.At first I didn't think that I would like the silver lids, but after changing them to gold - silver looked excellent.I don't know what kind of shop you have and so I can't give you any advice. It all depends on your decor. I simply cannot stand the canning jars! lol The first purple jar, from the left, is awesome, but I'm sure the cost would eat into your profit. The jar that I use looks very boring, but when the wax and labels are added - they are great! As soon as I can get it on digital, I'll post some pictures.
KFTS
it is tough to chose, I like the two kind of in the middle, one pink and one lavender, both are cute. I think I like the pink with the silver lid a little more.

Juggy
ForHisGlory,The big round purple you like is only .70 w/ lid at Alabaster. Seems like a good price but I am still learning, searching. I don't have a shop yet but have an opportunity to open one late spring. I am no where near ready for that yet. I am thinking about going dyeless b/o frosting being such a PITA. Do you think that would matter? Thanks for the input.

my3lilrugrats
I like the one second in from the right also..the blue one. I make a few different types of jars also Metros, Rectangles, hex and apothecary.
starlessjade
You have to use the blue one, second from the left. It looks fancy while the others have more of a recycled jelly jar look to them. A lot of people think the jelly jars are cute though, so do some of them too! cindym
I like the third from the left bottom with the pink wax in it. You can also have a country looking label and a more upscale looking label. I actually use 2 different labels, one themed to my target market which is by the seashore and then a more country looking lable for stores that are country. tangerine
Are we confusing you all the more? I like the pink one, third from left, as well as the one sitting on top of it.I'm not crazy about white lids either.
Juggy
Not confusing me at all, I am digging the responses! I don't like the white lid either and am not going to use it. When you use several kinds of jars, do you offer every scent in each jar? Thanks.
