country creek Posted November 19, 2006 Share Posted November 19, 2006 I am sooooo going back to making my containers.....I am making the electric candle with straight paraffin and I am using 1 oz pp and the fo is leaking. It is like seaping out of the candles sides and bottom. Weird. UPDATE: I figured out what I was doing wrong!!! I left them overnight vs. 6 hrs or so to set up and they came out looking beautiful with no seaping at all! They are still a biotch to get out! country creek Posted November 19, 2006 Author Share Posted November 19, 2006 Ya know the lady that I bought mine from is Sugar Cookie which is a vanilla base, I think? Anyway it smells so good and I cannot believe that she made it with gulf wax. The throw is amazing. It is not oily like the one I made and it actually is a lot bigger. I wish that I knew how to make my own mold. That would make my life a little easier. Gosh, I feel like I am 23 again and learning how to make candles all over again.
