victoriaj
Hi, I'm from the U.K, but recently went on holiday to the US and whilst there stocked up on candle making supplies, including some of the metal molds from Micheals. The molds are the type where the upper part is welded to a sort of metal plate. I used used it for the first time and it started leaking really badly from the seam where the two parts are joined. I have still got my reciept but obviously cannot take it back for an exchange. Does anyone know if i am entitled to an exchange? Also does anyone have an email address for them i looked on the website but couldnt find one? Thanks, i would really appreciate your advice. PamR
If you can't get it back to replace it, you can fix the leaky mold with an epoxy type stuff. Here we have something called JBWeld that is amazing. I also had a mold like your & used this stuff. Never had it leak again. Perhaps if you can't find anything like that someone could send you a tube, it is not large. Pam R
comfortscents
I use plumber's putty to seal a mold..it's dirt cheap and works great..
