Crafty1_AJ
Girl I can eat wax and fart taper candles out my butt, I'm that good. I just need to know flat braid or square braid? Oops, I guess no one here will be ordering tapers from me now... Allllll-righty then, getting a mental image here, and it's NOT PRETTY. :lipsrseal::spit:
bugtussle
Yes, it can be done and their are many success stories. My husband and I have been doing candles for 4 years and the Good Lord has blessed us richly. We live in the country and have 2 buildings, one (a 12x16 morgan bldg for pouring) and we have converted, air-conditioned 1/2 of our garage for storing, packing and for selling to the public. We are open to the public a weekend each month. We have a couple consignment stores, 4 retail stores we wholesale to, a website which brings in good sales and we do 10 to 15 fundraisers a year. We work very hard (6:00 am to often 8:00 pm) and usually 6 days+ a week. My husband also works a nearly full-time job. We love the freedom of owning our own business, but we are really dedicated. Good luck! Carole
