Meridith
There are many different things you can put in your soap for exfoliation. You can use ground oatmeal, luffa, rosehips, jojoba spheres, ground seeds like apricot, cherry, strawberry etc. I'm sure others will think of other things you can use but right now that is all I can think of. Bunny
Blue specks? Only think I can think of is blue pumice. Blue cornmeal ground fine too.. Maybe. But definetly blue pumice. Brambleberry carries it.
Scent Cellar
It could be blue jojoba beads too.
Bunny
Yup, didn't think about that one.. I also have these blue speck samples from some company I can't remember the name of.. They're pretty cool though! Will have to go to the soap shack in the morning and get more info.

Crafty1_AJ
I like ground oats, cornmeal, or ground almonds myself.Tiny blue balls are probably jojoba beads.
Joanne
I just checked out Bathandbody.com Look at 'Davies Gate' soap - it looks like it may be the soap your customer described. I don't know what the blue specks are but they tell you what the scrubbies are that they use. I like cornmeal and poppy seed myself.
