CathyinME
Why are you asking on here?
sandyrose
Because there are people here who work for the owner. I know because I just did a search on here for DIY phone number here after not being able to find a number and I found last years whole drama surrounding customer service and the non-exsistant phone number..It's just that I need an answer on something today so I thought I'd try posting here as well as sending them another email. bugtussle
If you ask them by email, I'm sure they can help you. You are sounding like a "spoiled child." Just sit back & wait for an answer. Carole (DIY User.)
sandyrose
This spoiled child has to get some work done that's all! I already have a couple people PMing me.

Sara
I think they have their own website with contact information. Please, in the future, contact businesses using their site/contact form.
sandyrose
Yep Sara I know they do but I had no luck that way and had an urgent question I was able to get several responses right away here by PMSorry
Sara
You get a quicker/faster support response from their customer service support staff by asking here on CT instead of on their own forum or through their contact form?
sandyrose
Funny but true
prairieannie
You get a quicker/faster support response from their customer service support staff by asking here on CT instead of on their own forum or through their contact form? Kinda sad huh?

sockmonkey
Because there are people here who work for the owner. If you know that there are people here who work for the owner, why not just send them a PM? They are very easy to find. This is total abuse of CT in my opinion. Since August, this place seems to have become a forum for DIY questions, and a way to promote individual DIY sites. It is preposterous that CT should serve as an information branch for the DIY web owner.
