scntdwik
Ok, so I've got the Rustic part down but I really want to try my hand at the tilted layers while doing Rustics...If you have to splash (so to speak) the wax up on the sides, how do you get the even tilted layers?I have tried layers while doing Rustics, but the layers dont seem to adhere to each other very well.Sorry if this does not make sense! Scented
So you want the definitive lines and the tilts right? If that's what you want, rock back and forth. don't slosh.
malaki
if you want even tilted layers i put my mold in a bucket filled with sand and that holds the mold in place till the next layer and the first layer sets up . as for my layers adhering to each other i pour the next layer just a little hotter then the last and so on and so on till your done. good luck
