topofmurrayhill
Another way of looking at it is, why should it work? The parasoys on the market are usually blended from basic raw materials and designed to work well based on extensive testing. When you take two pre-blended waxes that are designed to work on their own and mix them together, the results can be unpredictable. Sometimes the ingredients don't blend together harmoniously.Cracking or poor glass adhesion aren't unusual results when you add 30% of a paraffin-based blend to a soy wax. You can try a different proportion of those two waxes or try substituting waxes and see if you get a result more to your liking.Another option is to select an existing parasoy blend.
