CareBear
It is not wax paper. That will STICK. It can also be called butcher paper. It's plain paper on one side and has a thin plastic coating on the other.I don't know what the book binding stuff is, but generally plastic-lined sounds good to me! MarieJeanette
I get freezer paper at my grocery store in the same aisle as the foil and plastic wrap and sandwich baggies. I don't know any other name for it except for freezer paper, unfortunately. I do know, however that it is not the same as wax paper. Unlike wax paper, which is thin, transparent, and has a wax coating on it that can be scratched off, freezer paper is a thick, opaque, white paper that is lined on one side with some kind of smooth, shiny, waterproof-like barrier that cannot be scratched off.I can't vouch for the book-binding paper because I've never seen or used it, but maybe someone who has had experience with it will chime in. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.MarieJeanette
beloved
I have used parchment bakers use it and it would be in the same isle as the wax and sandwitch bags. If you have a problem ask the meat man if they have it for sale. Not sure how much help i was either. Good luck.
skg
Plastic garbage bags work too.
smartdog
If you have a local butcher, you can more than likely bye a ream of butcher paper off of them. When you line your mold, put the shiny side out, towards the soap. It works wonderfully, and easy to peel away once unmolded.
Salt City Soapworks
If you can't find it locally, it's sold in eBay: http://cgi.ebay.com/Freezer-Paper-Plastic-Coated-75-Square-Feet_W0QQitemZ330030959604QQihZ014QQcategoryZ11704QQssPageNameZWD1VQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
