Recycling soy wax after burning as a tart question

Recommended Posts

I don't (wouldn't) reuse for another tart but I do throw them in a box and use them to start fires in fireplace and for friends who camp....have a big box of 'old, used' wax that I just throw end pieces, old tarts, etc in.

that's a good idea! I always felt bad about throwing mine out too.

I have added extra oil to "used" tarts many times. I have more wax sitting in my garage and pouring room than I could ever make but still hate to throw away tarts wax. Sooo I wicked a jar and started pouring the used wax in the jar. Looked so pretty all those colors. It's for when the lights go out and I need a candle. I know something is wrong with me, help....

I do that too! I've got all sorts of "kaleidoscope vomit" candles sitting around here, lolol. Having a thunderstorm right now as I type, so they're out and ready to roll if I need em!
