Also, last year I bought some white from WSP that had no lather. The reason that I did not buy it again is simply because I buy in large quantity. I found bulk base elsewhere to be less expensive for me. I also agree with carolgrant that you should never let your MP boil. Do not over do it with FO and a tad of castor in any base is great for lather.
