eugenia
It's oil with vitamin E in it, not liquid vitamin E. I found some in a health food store in a pinch. Liquid Vitamin E, sold as a dietary supplement. When I asked, they replied "oral or topical?" You want oral as it will be ingested since it's on the lips. CareBear
Can't she use the gelatin capsule supplements? Just pierce a few and squeeze out the Vitamin E?

TartAddict
Ohhhh That might work! If it's a pill, obviously you can put it in your mouth, so it should be safe for lip gloss. Thanks guys!!!D
