Donita Posted June 15, 2006 Share Posted June 15, 2006 I am not familiar with Black Ice....but you can check with this supplier. She mixes her own. They are perfume oils and I found that using just a little goes a long way. They aren't soluble so you really have to mix it. It wouldn't be good for all applications, but they are strong and she had a nice variety.
