Georgia
I have been burning a votive in my half bath (it's what? 3x8?) for 4 hours and can't smell a thing. I made a tart from the left over wax. About a half hour ago I put that in my tealight tart burner and THAT I can smell....and it is in the livingroom/dining room. It's a para/soy blend I am testing. The wick in the votive is an HTP41. Scent is MacApple @ 6%. Fairly normal combo for me.Is it possible for an FO to throw in a tart, but not a wicked candle?
Demenshia
I find my tarts always have a stronger scent than do my pillars/containers. I think it has to do with the temp of the melt pool as well as the flame on the wick evaporating some of the FO...
Fern
I can rarely get a votive to throw well...I can only hope for light to moderate throw at best...that's why I hardly ever make them anymore. I've read others on the board have some that throw real well...I wish I knew their secret.
Margaritamama
Could you perhaps be suffering from candle nose?!?!?!?
