BizzyBs
I have a new fo that I have tested and it throws great in a tart, but not the candle? The candle has a full melt pool, yet I cannot smell it. It has cured for over a week. What the heck could be the problem? I use 1/2 paraffin blend and 1/2 soy blend. Any ideas?
candlesprite7
I've had that happen too...my guess is because the melt pool is deeper and more complete for a tart rather than a candle?
Candle Man
Maybe it is the temp. of the melt pool. Check the candle & tart melt pool temp. & let us know.
hewells
I have had this happen a few times too, couldn't figure out why it happened. I was using a 50/50 mix of soy and paraffin and no throw. The FO would throw great in paraffin and soy but not mixed, I upped the FO% and it seemed to help, but since then I have given up on paraffin and went all soy. BizzyBs
I don't know either...it's driving me crazy. I think I may just have to play around a bit more with this one, as all of my other scents are doing just fine.
Meridith
Try a different size or type of wick and see how that works.

candlebean
Could it be a case of candle nose? Can any of your friends take it to burn in their house to see if they can smell it?
