evilsprig Posted May 3, 2006 Posted May 3, 2006 I am starting to think about selling my candles on a very small scale. I am currently using IGI 4786 and 1284 for votives. I could buy this PW 30/35 locally, but I can't find much info. on it. Being able to be wax locally would be a BIG factor in whether or not I decide to try some selling, so any feedback would be appreciated. Quote
Mozzie Posted May 3, 2006 Posted May 3, 2006 Hi, I have no idea what you're talking about but suggest that you buy a small amount and give it a go. Delivery is such a huge factor in costing nowadays that anything that reduces shipping has got to be worth a try. And seeing as you've been testing the IGI you'll have a benchmark to compare with. Good luck. Quote
topofmurrayhill Posted May 3, 2006 Posted May 3, 2006 That's probably the Japanese paraffin that Candlewic used to sell as FR3035. You can still reach the product data sheet. http://www.candlewic.com/candle-wax/PDS-3035.pdfIt should be worth a try. You can also check out Candlewic's waxes if you live in PA. Quote
