lindsaycb
Should this be a concern at all of mine? Tarts are selling like crazy, but has anyone ever had experience where you shipped them, they looked great, but when they arrived at their destination that they became soggy at all? sudsnwicks
It'll help if you ask them for their office address, so that it doesn't sit and bake on their porch for hours until they get home.
Glowlite
Asking for the work addy is great but aslo I won't ship on Thrusdays or Fridays once May is here. It runs the risk of the package being left on a truck over the weekend and those trucks stay out in the heat. Last year I didn't have one complaint of melted candles. whiffandsniff
I too have been debating on if I should close my site down from June-Aug or just put a big huge ole msg on my site saying that they are ordering at their own risk when they order and that due to the summer heat they may arrived not in the condition they left in. Who knows..
