plook Posted April 9, 2006 Share Posted April 9, 2006 HELLO EVERY ONE, AS YOU CAN SEE I'M NEW TO THE BOARD AS FAR AS POSTING BUT I'VE BEEN GETTING INFO FROM HERE FOR A LONG TIME (7 MONTHS).:rolleyes2 I'M TRING TO START A SMALL BUSINESS MAKING CANDLES AND HAVE BEEN TESTING, TESTING AND TESTING SOME MORE. RIGHT NOW I'M TESTING WITH JOY WAX (NG) AND I GET ALL MY F/O'S FROM NG BECAUSE THEY'RE LOCAL (20 MILES). I'M USEING 6 OZ TUREENS AT 1OZ PP. ITRIED HTP 104 X 2 DOWN TO HTP X 2 I ALSO USED 770X2 DOWN TO 720 X2. I GET FULL MP BUT I NEVER GET A FULL FLAME (1/4 TO 3/8 FROM BOTTOM TO TOP OF FLAME).I ALWAYS TRIM MY WICKS TO 1/4".
