TwinMom
Stupid question (I know) but can you make chunk candles in a jar (container)? Do they burn okay ?Thanks Jenn
snow
I'm new to this, but I tried a chunk candle in a bowl type container and it worked!
hewells
Yes you can make chunk containers, I believe that there are some pictures of some of them in the candle gallery.
AngelaVA
I've made them before with container wax. The container wax isn't as translucent, so you can't see the chunks as well as you would in a pillar candle, but they still look great. If you're interested, give them a try. Kaybee23
I think the trick to them if your wax is more opaque, is to get as many flat edges of the chucks to the sides of the container as possible. But I think that 1343 makes some of the best chunkies, or at least overpour, because it is more translucent.
AnitaG
You sure can. What kind of wax are you using??
Tara
You sure can. What kind of wax are you using??I have made them with container wax and the 1343. I like the way the 1343 looks better but both ways work.
