Guest EMercier
What can I sub for avacado oil? I wanted to make a test batch of the Soya Butter from Kangaroo blue, but it calls for Avacado Oil and I don't have any. Any thoughts? I'll goole as well. Sherie
I didn't see avocado oil listed in the recipe. Just olive, shea butter and squalene with fo/eo.

iammommytwo
now I have a question....why can't you use any kind of oil that you would like to add to it, i.e- jojoba or grapeseed ??
Guest EMercier
From what I've read here and online for research, not all oils have the same properties. That's kinda why I'm asking here. Most here have good ideas and I always ask here first! I'm still learning some things about the bath and body realm.
Crafty1_AJ
I love avocado oil, but if I don't have any on hand, I'll sub sweet almond or apricot kernel for it if I'm making lotion, cream, or whipped butters. HTH
