Donita, here is a pic of the bubbles

Recommended Posts

So....this candle has flowers on the other side? I have never seen that when I overdip. That looks like the candle might have been very cold. Is that after a second dip? I was getting a little bubble here and there but nothing like this. Micro can help wax adhere, but I didn't like it. Maybe warming the candle under a lamp for awhile before you dip will help. It is really about the hot and cold. When I first started making the balloon candles, the instructions were to dip in wax then cold water, then wax then cold water....that is when I got those bubbles....the layers were not adhering. As soon as I decided to just leave the balloon in the wax, my layer adhesion problems were non existent. Donita
