I have made a few for myself and was wanting to give some to my family and I got the bands but I am not sure how to do it. Sherie Posted March 23, 2006 Share Posted March 23, 2006 You can try a blow dryer on high heat. These shrink pretty easy. Just make sure you move the blow dryer back and forth. Sherie Posted March 23, 2006 Share Posted March 23, 2006 I just lightly rub them between my fingers until it opens a little bit and the kinda squeeze the seamed sides and they open, slide the tube in, set it down on a heat resistant surface and shrink.
