Here are some recipes I found ! Have not tried , but

they look easy.

Brenda

Peppermint & Soy Leg Rub

Materials:

1/2 Cup Soy Oil

4 Drops Peppermint Essential Oil

Instructions:

Combine oils and massage into tired legs. Follow with a warm footbath. Pat dry.

Citrus Fruit Bath Lotion

1/4 cup avocado oil

1/4 cup almond oil

1/4 cup soy oil

1/4 cup melted coconut oil

1/2 ounce oil or orange or lemon peel oil

1/2 ounce oil of verbena

Mix ingredients well and place in a glass jar. Refrigerate. Pour 1/4 cup into bath water to scent and smooth skin.

Soy is a carrier oil, so you should be able to swap it out in any recipe that calls for a carrier oil.

I use it in soap at 30% at all. Beware that the shelf life is short; it can go rancid on you (6 mos or so). I just threw some away. Better get busy.
