Willowbrook Posted February 23, 2006 Share Posted February 23, 2006 Well, I got really excited over this because I had never heard of the buying group and after checking out the website realized that I am about 20 minutes away so it would be perfect for me!! I can not tell you how excited I really became!!I have tried calling more than once today and have left a message for them to call me back and I also sent her an email wanting to order some stuff this evening and pick up tomorrow but I have received no response from the phone call or the email. Are they still open? How is their customer service? I mean I don't expect for a company to jump when I call but I at least thought since I was that close I would at least get a phone call with info. Fingers crossed that she was really busy today!!**Update!! She did email me back and seems super friendly.
