Lovro
Hello everyone, I have trouble making a blend from palm wax and paraffin wax for candles. The candle burns with very small flame and after few hours it goes off. I have tried different mixtures, from 50/50 to 80/20, but no luck. Anyone has any answers to this? Maybe there is the problem with the wick or with type of palm wax. Candles are 4 day-plastic container type. Thanks.
TallTayl
Palm wax is finicky with wicks. What wicks do you have? paraffin waxes are all different, and require different wicks also. if the flame dwindles and goes out it could be too small of a wick, or the wrong type. Bleached square is what I would try, followed by CDN or Premier series.
