Candle cracking from top to bottom

Recommended Posts

Do you have any pictures?
what wax?

what container?

I had a horrid lot of gb444 that would crack in half like that even when blended 50% with other waxes. It took some time, but every last one of them split in the container after  weeks to months just sitting on the shelf.

The reviews on that wax are all very similar to your experience:

I can’t quickly find the original manufacturer of the wax.  Usually one major player gets the Michael’s.com contract which would really help identify the issue.

you could try scooping out the containers and gently reheating the wax to “just melted” and repour.

I would seek out a branded wax, personally. At least that way you will have the recommended heating/pouring temps and the fragrance load limits.  All soy waxes are very different.
