I've tried rubber plugs (didn't work), the stuff that looks like putty (didn't work), even tried tape (didn't work). cactusladycandles Posted January 27, 2006 Share Posted January 27, 2006 I use a rubber plug. and then i use my glue gun and cover the plug and all of the wick that is showing.
