CranberryGirl
Hi Guys,This is for me only..I need a scrub I can whip up here Using household stuff....My legs are like snake skin and nothing is working!! Help!!!Thanks Tara
jwahlton
An easy one is brown sugar, raw turbinado sugar (you CAN leave this out if too scratchy) and some oil (olive, sunflower, AKO). Since it's just for you you don't have to use preservatives and make in very small batches

I did a workshop and showed the ladies how to make this using stuff in their kitchen. Went over real well. Now you may find the turbinado sugar may be a bit scratchy. I like it, but others might not. If this doesn't help you may want to look into making/buying an emulisified scrub. Good luck! I love making scrubs.
younggrasshper
I was bored and playing around one day. Mixed soap, sugar, and ground oatmeal with a little bit of soybean oil, olive oil, sweet almond, and tea tree oil. I hate the smell of tea tree so I put in a FO to cover that smell (didn't work:p ) My mom and MIL love it.....I dont (tea tree smell)

soapermom
corn meal is great and not as abrasive as raw sugar... I also use espresso grind coffee for scrubs as well.

sad72
I've never used it but...Liquapar is suppose to be a good preservative for body scrubs. I'm thinking about getting some because it's also suppose to be a good choice to use in body butters.http://www.fortune3.com/chemstore/cart.cgi?group=13822&child=65043
