My question is do I melt them separately then mix together or weight out what I need and melt them together? TallTayl Posted August 23, 2020 Share Posted August 23, 2020 Usually I weigh everything prior to melting, then melt together in the pot to the highest temp needed in the blend. I don’t know your waxes though, so I can’t advise there’s a good reason to heat the higher melt point one first. whatever you do, remember to blend super well when they are melted, then blend a little more.
