Sndfrddy
Basically something that people sign up to be on a mailing list for a newsletter. Something free would be great or low cost and easy to set up. Thanks so much!
daniedb
Ah, another thing on my list of to-dos. Here's a service a friend of mine uses (her site is www.katherinejakobs.com and it rocks):http://www.bravenet.com/webtools/elist/index.phpI know a lot of people use them, and I haven't heard a complaint. Guest primhut
I'm using bravenet now and they have been good so far, they provide templates for the html newsletters. But now that I have over 500 subscribers I have to pay for the premium version so I'm looking for a cheaper company. http://http://www.yourmailinglistprovider.com/ is a cheaper service they have a free and a premium service but I don't know much about them yet. andrealh1975
I use www.constantcontact.com I've been using them since last summer and haven't had a problem at all. You get 60 days for free, after that it's $15/month. My sales have definitely increased since I started using it.
Sndfrddy
I decided to try yourmailinglistprovider.com. Very easy to set up. Tested it, very simple and straight forward. I think I may even use the premium one for 2.50 a month. I've noticed A Scent Shop used that one. I tried bravenet and sent a tester one to myself. In the e-mail that was sent to me asking me to verify by clicking on link, it also had this on it:Hey, remember that Apple iBook giveaway thing I told you about? Here's the address:http://mercury.bravenet.com/rover/c?id=29380I didn't like that it was made to sound like I was telling them this.Maybe I'm being too picky, I don't know. We'll see how this one goes. Thanks for all the suggestions.
