Jeana Posted January 17, 2006 Share Posted January 17, 2006 I have been trying to wick Strahl and Pitsch's smooth pillar blend. I really love this wax but it has one major problem. When I light the wick, the flame size will be just fine. Then in a couple of hours the flame will become huge. This is the same issue I have come across when I am wicking palm wax too. I am working on my three inch pillars so far.I have used Eco, LX, Wickit, CD and CDN of various sizes, and have the same thing happen every time.
