dandytea88 Posted January 26, 2016 Share Posted January 26, 2016 For those who've made lotion, does 1% Fragrance really give off a good scent? It would seem like the scent wouldn't be strong at all? Some are way too strong at 1% in a leave on.Also depends on the IFRA usage limits for that particular fragrance for lotion. Some have usage rates for leave-on far lower that you would think. I have all the IFRA percentages for all the scents I've bought where they are available. Most aren't too low, but maybe 1% in a lotion is stronger than I think?
